Job Description

In this exciting role as a People and Culture Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in delivering an exceptional people experience for our Nine employees and leaders. You'll gain invaluable Human Resources experience by managing key processes across the employee lifecycle, ensuring seamless HR administration and coordination.

Day to day you will:

  • Prepare and facilitate contracts and documentation for new hires and internal staff transfers
  • Respond to employee queries, ensuring quality and timely delivery
  • Assist with various visa processes to ensure compliance with immigration legislation and policy
  • Support the administration of People & Culture initiatives and programs 
  • Support people leaders and the Talent Acquisition team with recruitment-related systems and processes
  • Work closely with the wider People Solutions team to ensure ongoing optimisation of our People Solutions systems and processes of work 

Qualifications

We are seeking an energetic and resilient professional, who is passionate about a career in Human Resources! You will have the opportunity to make a real impact and help shape a thriving workplace culture.

What we would like to see:

  • Experience in an HR/TA support, administrative, or coordination role.
  • Experience handling HR documentation and employee records management.
  • Exposure to HR policies and compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated success in customer service 
  • Confidence and ability to create and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders 
  • A strong focus on continuous improvement and optimisation 
  • Resilient and able to work in a high paced, high pressure environment 
  • Attention to detail and ability to adhere to defined SLAs
  • Strong time management and prioritisation skills 
  • Tertiary qualification(s) in Human Resources is ideal but not essential
