As Partnership Integration Manager, you’ll support a portfolio of corporate and charity partnerships that drive connection, purpose, and engagement across the industry. This role blends relationship management, project planning and delivery, reporting, and industry engagement — you’ll be a vital support for both the Impact and Commercial teams, ensuring partnership value is maximised, impact is measurable, and collaboration is seamless.

Job Description – Partnership Integration Manager

Reports to: Director of Impact and Commercial Director

Direct Reports: NA

Objective: Support the Impact and Commercial Teams with project management, CSR program delivery for corporate partners, reporting, volunteering initiatives, measurement and reporting.

Position Details:

The Partnership Integration Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate and charity partnerships that drive connection, purpose, and engagement across the industry. The role blends relationship management, project planning and delivery, reporting, and industry engagement. You are the connector between the Impact and Commercial teams, ensuring partnership value is maximised, impact is measurable, and collaboration is seamless.

1. Project Management (60%)

· Plan and deliver in-person partnership team engagements and events.

· Strengthen publisher-level partnerships through meaningful engagement opportunities.

· Identify opportunities that overlap with commercial objectives to maximise value.

· Facilitate and promote team volunteering opportunities across partner organisations.

· Support fundraisers by setting up and managing Shout fundraising pages.

· Maintain a central calendar of partnership engagements and key cultural/industry moments.

· Curate engagement content and build a commercial-ready impact folder.

· Leverage publisher connections to drive proactive opportunities tied to awareness days and cultural moments.

· Coordinate media briefings and integration opportunities across agencies and publishers.

· Support the Impact Team on campaign management, including reporting back to agencies and publisher partners.

· Manage the Commercial Media Book program including co-ordination of forecasting, accurate loading of data and event packages into Monday.com.

· Ensure commercial assets are kept up to date and available for the wider team to access.

2. Relationship Management (20%)

· Build trusted, values-aligned relationships with corporate partners — understanding their motivations, programs, engagement needs, and success measures.

· Management of Gold Partners including preparing and sharing regular updates, driving participation and preparing annual reports for renewals.

· Ensure partnerships deliver mutual value, supporting charity outcomes while meeting corporate social impact goals.

· Quarterly check in with existing corporate partners to ensure delivery of annual goals

· Represent the UnLtd brand with professionalism, warmth, and cultural awareness, including respectful engagement with diverse communities.

· Attend partner and industry events (some after hours) as a positive and proactive UnLtd advocate.

3. Measurement & Reporting (10%)

· Manage impact reporting workflows — collecting content, organising data, and uploading reporting into Monday.com via PCRs.

· Track and follow up on agency head-hour commitments and partnership deliverables.

· Produce accurate, engaging impact reports, case studies, and presentations for stakeholders.

· Develop a portfolio of best-practice examples to support awards, promotion, new business, and thought leadership.

· Commercial Pipeline Management: ensure partnership trackers, sponsorship logs, and commercial activity dashboards are kept up to date.

· Commercial Revenue Support: Provide backend admin for invoicing, reconciliations, and partner deliverables via Monday.com

4. Industry Engagement & Sector Initiatives (10%)

· Work with industry bodies to co-create initiatives that benefit young people, charity partners, and the wider sector.

· Support UnLtd events, activations, and campaigns throughout the year.

· Contribute insights, emerging trends, and new ideas that lead to new Impact initiatives and revenue opportunities.

· Actively champion inclusive, strengths-based storytelling in all partnership materials.

Qualifications, Skills, Experience & Attributes

· Experience in account management, partnerships, project management, or marketing/agency environments.

· Strong relationship-building skills across diverse stakeholder groups.

· Excellent organisational capability, attention to detail, and delivery discipline.

· Familiarity with CRM and workflow tools — Monday.com experience preferred.

· Strong communication skills with commitment to inclusive, respectful storytelling.

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with pace and clarity.

· Positive, proactive, people-centred approach — a culture add, not just a culture fit.

· Commitment to equity, inclusion, and respectful engagement with First Nations communities and diverse young people.

· Partnership engagements delivered on time, with strong stakeholder feedback.

· Clear, accurate impact reporting is completed promptly across all partnerships.

· Strong collaboration between Impact and Commercial teams, reducing duplication and enabling efficiency.

· Commercial accuracy in reporting and workflows

· High-quality case studies, presentations, and engagement content produced.

· Proactive identification and activation of high-value partnership opportunities.

· Consistent representation of UnLtd’s purpose, values, and brand voice in all interactions.
