Job Description

At Nine Food and Lifestyle Events, we create unforgettable experiences, delivering some of Australia’s most beloved food festivals like the Night Noodle Markets, Good Food Month, and The Good Food Guide Awards. We partner with top brands like Coca-Cola, Lendlease, and Campari to curate events across Nine's Lifestyle brands, including Sunday Life and Pedestrian.

As a Partnership Coordinator, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our partners. Reporting to the Partnership Manager, you'll ensure that partners receive all contracted benefits while developing strong, long-term relationships. Your success will be measured by the partner's satisfaction, their continued collaboration, and your ability to add value to every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver all contracted partnership benefits seamlessly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, understanding their business needs and providing solutions.
  • Lead timelines and critical paths both internally and with partners to ensure smooth execution of partnership deliverables.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of sponsorship benefits.
  • Manage partnership documentation and administrative duties.
  • Proactively identify and communicate to the team any potential issues and offer solutions to exceed partner expectations.

Qualifications

  • Strong writing skills and ability to create professional reports and presentations.
  • Ability to analyse survey results and derive actionable insights.
  • Experience in the events industry will be advantageous.
