The Opportunity:
The Activations Trading Executive role is a product centric position, focusing on the growth and innovation of the KINESSO Search products, as an integrated part of the KINESSO performance offering, which enables our clients to achieve full digital maturity and performance excellence.
This role will be expected to grow into an expert and champion the KINESSO Search products, collaborating with performance teams on the continual development of KINESSO’s market leading performance media output for our clients. This role will allow you to support Search; building your strategic advice and thought leadership, right down to tactical guidance and best practice implementation.
About the role:
- Establish and build an understanding of all areas of KINESSO’s expertise and the products/services we can provide to our clients.
- Contribute to developing new products and ways of working that improve SEM results with the support of the National Trading and Operations Search Lead.
- Develop an understanding of the various digital media channels (Display, eRetail, Social media) and the role of PPC/SEM.
- Participate in and learn about social/e-commerce marketing and the impact for our clients/agency.
- Develop and broaden trusted relationships with agency partners & clients to become an influential support network to the National Trading and Operations Search Lead.
- Build and continuously develop agency processes that adhere to best practices.
- Ensure Asana WIPs are updated for wider team visibility and tasks are held accountable to deadlines.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients when needed.
- Share knowledge, new platforms and industry developments with key clients.
- Be at the forefront of PPC by keeping up to date with industry news, new platforms and technologies.
- Assist in the delivery of campaign work when necessary.
- Lead and build required key client communications and deliverables eg. QBRs, campaign reviews and meetings.
About you:
- You must have Search marketing experience, responsible for activating campaigns across Google Ads and/or Microsoft Advertising (Bing).
- Desired experience managing large budgets and delivering strong results for large brands across multiple campaign types.
- It would be great if you have experience with e-commerce performance using third party bid-management tools e.g. SA360, Marin, Skai, Adobe.
- Communicate effectively at all levels, both up and down.
- Strong client-facing skills: understanding client needs, maintaining relationships, building partnerships.
- Meet commitments and complete tasks as agreed and within agreed timeframes.
- Keep agency teams updated on the status of Trading activities.
