Job Description
As an Organisational Design and Workforce Change Specialist, youโll play a critical role in driving organisational transformation across our media business. Working closely with People & Culture and business leaders, you will lead the design and implementation of organisational structures and workforce change initiatives that are aligned with our cultural ambitions, strategic design principles, and high-performance values.
Key Responsibilities

Organisational Design at Pace: Rapidly design and iterate organisational structures that support transformation goals, ensuring alignment with future-fit capabilities, culture aspirations, and agreed design principles.

Workshop Facilitation: Plan and facilitate collaborative workshops with senior leaders, People Business Partners, functional teams, and cross-business units to co-design structures and operating models.

Workforce Change Delivery: Lead targeted workforce change projects including the redesign of roles, work allocation, and functional operating models. Break down silos by creating role clarity, inter-team connection points, and shared accountability.

Embedding Inclusion and Wellbeing: Champion inclusive leadership, psychological safety, and wellbeing-focused design choices, embedding these in both structure and practice.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with People Business Partners, the Transformation Management Office (TMO), GMs, and other workstream leads to ensure change initiatives are integrated and strategically sequenced.

Change Communication Support: Contribute to the development of playbooks, communications, and guidance that support leaders in delivering transformative people change in a consistent and inclusive way.
Qualifications
What You'll Bring:

Proven experience in Organisational Design, Workforce Transformation, or People Strategy- while not essential, let us know about your experience within media, entertainment, or creative industries.

Deep understanding of operating model design, role architecture, and contemporary ways of working (e.g., self-organising teams, cross-functional teaming).

Strong facilitation skills with experience running workshops and design labs across all levels of the organisation.

Demonstrated ability to lead and embed culture change, especially relating to inclusion, wellbeing, and high performance.

Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working at pace in a complex, fast-evolving transformation program.

Collaborative and proactive, with strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
Desirable

Experience working on enterprise transformation in a media, digital, or creative organisation.

Qualifications in change management, OD, or human-centred design.
