Job Description
As the Office Manager, you will operate in a trusted and central role within the business, directly supporting our CEO. You will also play a key part in keeping the office running smoothly and supporting both management and operational staff.
This is a full-time, hybrid role in our dog-friendly St Leonards office, suited to someone who thrives on being proactive, supportive and connected to the team.
Day to day you will
- Manage and coordinate all administrative functions, including arranging meetings, managing invoices and expenses, organising travel, managing schedules, and maintaining office systems and processes
- Manage office inventory, supplies, and equipment, ensuring efficient maintenance
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implementing efficient solutions
- Act as a key point of contact for the business and representing the company in a professional manner
- Assist with People and Culture related tasks, such as WHS initiatives and onboarding and offboarding processes in a timely and efficient manner.

What you’ll bring:
- Previous experience in an office management or administrative role within a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality and manage competing deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a ‘team player’ attitude
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and Slack
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
