Job Description

We’re looking for a Media & Partnership Executive to join Nine’s Group Activation team. Sitting within Strategy, Group Activation works across Nine’s portfolio to support the planning and delivery of house campaigns, partnership activity and community campaigns across brands including Nine Broadcast, 9Now, Publishing, Drive, Stan and Nine Digital. This role is a mix of campaign coordination, media planning support, partnership administration and inventory management, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple teams, channels and priorities.

What you’ll be doing

  • Support the planning and execution of campaigns across TV, digital, video, print, audio and OOH
  • Build and manage media plans for smaller campaigns and tactical requests, ensuring activity is delivered accurately and on time
  • Coordinate creative assets between business units, partners and internal trafficking teams
  • Manage campaign trafficking across digital platforms and ensure materials meet platform requirements
  • Track campaign activity, inventory and partnership commitments, including support across central inventory trackers and air-checking activity
  • Work with internal teams and external partners to deliver partnership obligations and promotional activity
  • Run campaign reporting and performance data, and support the preparation of campaign updates and presentations
  • Support the rollout of Community Service Announcements and charity activity across Nine’s platforms

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in a media agency, marketing, partnerships, activation or broadcast environment
  • Ability to take a brief and help turn it into a clear, multi-channel campaign plan
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail, particularly across timelines, assets, trafficking and campaign delivery
  • Confidence managing multiple stakeholders and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong reporting and administrative capability, with solid proficiency across Google and Microsoft tools
  • A basic understanding of media metrics such as impressions, reach, CPM and VTR
