Job Description

Are you a highly organised and proactive professional with a meticulous eye for detail? We're seeking a Material Coordinator to be at the heart of our broadcasting environment, ensuring the seamless, compliant, and timely flow of advertising content from creation to air. In this dynamic role, you'll be vital in connecting creative output, sales objectives, and technical broadcast, ensuring every campaign airs smoothly and effectively.

Day to day you will:

  • Oversee the timely delivery of TV commercials for campaigns.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams and external partners.
  • Proactively follow up on missing material instructions and manage urgent changes.
  • Create contracts and provide scripts/vision for billboards and pull-throughs.
  • Accurately input and maintain campaign data and check material status.
  • Ensure compliance with industry codes and regulations.
  • Collaborate and support peers across the network.
