About the role
Based at our Melbourne office, this is a full-time fixed-term contract position
working over six months. The role sits within the Marketing team and supports a
significant national program of work, coordinating collateral, content and
signage delivery across multiple sites. Standard business hours apply with
flexibility available.
Your main duties will include:
- Coordinate production and trafficking of marketing collateral and
communications - Manage website content updates and version-controlled asset libraries
- Support signage delivery across multiple sites, tracking schedules and
liaising with internal stakeholders
About you
- Experience in healthcare or property marketing coordination or
project/traffic management - Strong organisational skills across multiple concurrent deliverables
- Excellent written communication and proofreading ability
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools
- Experience briefing and reviewing creative or design work
