Marketing Executive

General Responsibilities:

Support superiors in managing day-to-day operations
Coordinate and provide administrative support in implementing marketing plans for products and services to achieve business objectives and marketing strategies
Maintain records and tracking of actual marketing expenditures and supporting documents for comparisons against budget
Conduct basic/desk research and systematically compile data for analysis to derive market information
Create marketing tools (e.g. leaflets, banners, booth materials, etc.) to ensure effective execution of advertising and promotion activities
Provide administrative support in organizing product communication activities, launches, exhibitions, media relations activities, etc. to drive awareness of products/services
Assist in the compilation of marketing information/updates and market research data/analysis as inputs to management report preparation
Support business planning with internal/external stakeholders (e.g. sales) in budgeting, marketing plans development, etc. to align to business priorities
Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors/agencies (e.g. event organizers, advertising agencies, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities

Job Requirements:

Degree holder in Science, Biochemistry or Medical related discipline
Relevant internship experience in sales/ product marketing / below-the-line trade marketing in Pharmaceutical Product is preferred
Presentable with good analytical and interpersonal skills
Organized, mature and able to work independently in a dynamic working environment
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
