Reports to: Global Marketing Manager & Head of IT
Role Purpose
The LATAM Marketing Coordinator will support the execution of marketing initiatives across Latin America. This is an exciting opportunity to work in an international environment, collaborating with regional Business Development Managers, senior management, and global marketing teams to deliver impactful campaigns, events, and digital marketing activities across Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support marketing activities across LATAM markets.
- Act as the key liaison between the LATAM region (BDMs and Management) and the Global Marketing team.
- Coordinate the execution and follow-up of marketing campaigns, promotions, and regional initiatives.
- Coordinate the translation and localisation of marketing materials into Spanish and Portuguese where required.
- Support the Events Manager with the planning and coordination of expos, seminars, webinars, and partner events.
- Work closely with BDMs to ensure marketing activities align with regional business objectives.
- Coordinate content creation, social media activities, email marketing campaigns, and website updates for LATAM markets.
- Ensure all marketing materials comply with regulatory requirements and brand guidelines in collaboration with the Compliance team.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports, insights, and recommendations.
- Manage relationships with external suppliers, agencies, translators, and media partners.
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Executive, or similar role.
- Native or fluent Spanish speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Experience coordinating multiple projects and working with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience in FinTech, Financial Services, or a regulated industry is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and campaign execution.
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent time management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Experience coordinating marketing campaigns, content localisation, and promotional activities.
