Key responsibilities:

As a Brand and Communications Intern, you’ll work alongside our Brand & Communications team to support brand, public relations, social media, internal communications, campaigns and day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Brand: Support brand campaigns, governance, education and reviews by helping to prepare on-brand materials, check internal and external marketing and communications materials against PwC’s brand standards; maintain brand-related records.
  • Public relations (PR) and external communications: Support media and social media activities, including preparing media materials, customising or localising global content for Singapore audiences, supporting social media content creation and editorial planning, and monitoring media coverage and public conversations to surface insights.
  • Internal communications: Support the execution of the firmwide internal communications editorial and campaign calendar, including drafting content, coordinating inputs and working with stakeholders across business units to deliver clear, timely and consistent messages.
  • Campaigns: Support the development and execution of integrated marketing and communications campaigns by preparing campaign materials, coordinating timelines, considering the right channels and tactics, and helping to track outcomes.
  • Operations: Help keep the team’s day-to-day work running smoothly by maintaining calendars, trackers, reports and media and social media documents; coordinating reviews and approvals; supporting meeting preparation and follow-ups; and flagging issues that require management attention.
  • Digital tools and AI: Explore how GenAI, design tools and modern social platforms can support content creation, media monitoring, reporting and audience engagement, while applying sound judgement and brand standards.

What we are looking for:

Students exploring a career in marketing and communications, brand management, who enjoys story telling—through both visual and the written. Students pursuing a degree in Communications, Mass Communications, or Journalism. Students from adjacent disciplines (e.g., Marketing, Media Studies, English, Public Relations) with a strong demonstrated interest in communications and brand are also welcome to apply. Excellent written and verbal skills in business English (fluency in more than one language is an advantage). In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, including how content travels and engages audiences. The ability to work with multiple stakeholders under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent writing skills, with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences and channels. Strong organisation and time management, with the discipline to juggle multiple priorities.
