Overview
• Lead Pepsi CNY digital & social activation and below-the-line activations including pack/POSM design, on-ground program development, and bottler alignment
• Support on Pepsi CNY & standardized campaign development and execution
Responsibilities
- • Lead Pepsi CNY digital & social activation executions including owned media/ paid media contents & media collaboration engagements
- • Lead below-the-line campaign assets development including pack/ POSM/ KA activation idea etc.
- • Support Pepsi CNY thematic campaign creative development including KV/ TVC/ epic content
- • Support CNY E2E digital platform development/ bottler communication/ finale media partnership
- • Support on critical business plan development: JBP, AOP, QPP
- • Support on monthly business shipment/ Nielsen/ kantar tracking
- • Manage A&M budget and contracts to assure full alliance with financial control policies and executed accordingly to China region DOA
Qualifications
- • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaign timelines and deliverables
- • Ability to coordinate across internal teams and external agencies with professionalism and clarity
- • Ability to interpret creative briefs and contribute to brand-aligned content development
- • Clear and concise written and verbal communication
- • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities
- • Familiarity with tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and internal reporting dashboards
