Job Summary

Seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Senior Manager / Manager to lead integrated marketing campaigns, partnerships, digital content, and community engagement initiatives across multiple malls and platforms. In this role, you will drive business growth through impactful marketing strategies, innovative campaigns, and meaningful customer experiences aligned with the organisation’s strategic vision and brand positioning.

You will work closely with mall teams, cluster marketing leads, agencies, external partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to execute large-scale campaigns, activations, and engagement initiatives that drive traffic, sales, membership growth, customer engagement, and brand awareness.

Reporting to the Assistant Director, Marketing & Service Excellence, you will play a key role in supporting strategic marketing priorities, strengthening customer engagement initiatives, and driving service-oriented brand experiences across the organisation. With a strong balance of strategic thinking and operational execution, you will ensure campaigns are delivered effectively while identifying opportunities for innovation, optimisation, and long-term business impact.

Key Qualification

We would love to hear from you if you are/have:

  • At least 5 years of proven experience in marketing, communications and branding in the retail industry.
  • Proven ability to design and execute marketing campaigns and strategies that balance customer experience, data insights, and business performance.
  • Data driven, skilled with data and analysis.
  • Good English copywriting and editing skills.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and deliver high-quality outcomes within project timelines.
  • Very strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills, including media, creative and digital agencies.
  • Proven ability to work across functions, cultures, and organisational levels.
  • Strong strategic, conceptual, and analytical thinking with a hands‑on, pragmatic execution mindset.
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills with the ability to operate independently and decisively.
