We’re looking for a creative and digitally savvy Loyalty Content Specialist to join our Brand, Content & Partnerships team. Reporting to the Senior Digital Content Manager, you’ll create engaging content and in-app experiences that drive awareness, engagement and retention for HCF’s Thank You loyalty program across app, web, eDM, social and retail channels.

What you’ll do

  • Create compelling member-focused content across digital channels
  • Develop SEO-optimised copy, UX content and loyalty campaign messaging
  • Deliver engaging in-app and web experiences that enhance the member journey
  • Support integrated marketing and loyalty campaigns across digital, CRM, social and brand channels
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Loyalty, Brand, Digital and agency partners
  • Manage content updates in AEM and ensure brand and governance compliance
  • Use insights and performance data to continually optimise content effectiveness

About you

  • Strong copywriting, editing and content storytelling skills
  • Generalist marketing knowledge with exposure to digital campaigns and customer engagement activity
  • Experience in digital content, content marketing or campaign delivery
  • Strong understanding of SEO, UX writing and digital best practice
  • Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms, ideally AEM
  • Experience in loyalty, health, financial services or regulated industries is highly regarded
