Role Summary:

日本市場におけるPlayStationプレイヤーのエンゲージメントを軸にして、オムニチャネル（Web・CRM・アプリ・コンソール・LINE）施策を自律的に設計・実行し、成果まで責任を持つポジションです。日本独自のプレイヤー理解に基づき、オムニチャネルマーケティングキャンペーンの企画・実行を通じて、ビジネス成⻑（PS5プレイやエンゲージメント）に貢献します。単なる施策実行ではなく、仮説設計・優先順位判断・改善までを一貫して担う「実行オーナー」としての役割です。

Key Responsibilities:

• オムニチャネル施策の企画・開発
• 日本向けオムニチャネルマーケティングキャンペーンの実行オーナー
• プレイヤーエンゲージメントの最大化
• ステークホルダー連携

Required Qualifications:

• 日本のゲーム市場についての知識・関心・理解力
• 日本市場向けデジタルマーケティングに関する実務経験（3〜5年以上）
• Web / CRM / デジタルチャネルに関する実務経験
• 複数案件を並行して推進する実行力
• 日本語ネイティブレベル
• 仮説設計から改善までを自走できる力

Preferred Experience:

• グローバル企業におけるローカル実行経験
• オムニチャネルまたはライフサイクルマーケティング経験
• コンテンツ/エディトリアルとデータの両方を扱った経験
• 英語ビジネスレベル

Success Profile:

• ステークホルダーを巻き込みながら活動を推進することができる
• KPIに基づき改善までやりきれる
• 優先順位を切り、やらないことを決められる
