Internship - Medical Digital and Tech, Singapore (January to June 2027)

Education required: Bachelor's Degree / Polytechnic Diploma from an accredited college/university, preferably in Data Science, Digital Health, Computer Science, Business Analytics or related disciplines with a focus on digital innovation, AI, or data analysis.
Other requirements: Must be enrolled at a SG university for the duration of your internship and doing a full-time credit-bearing internship.
Language requirement: Written and spoken fluency in English
Internship period: January to June 2027

What will you do?

  • Supporting Digital Fluency initiatives to drive adoption of AI-powered tools across Medical teams
  • Assisting in the rollout and implementation of digital and AI solutions (e.g., AI Agents, analytics platforms, other AI tools, etc.)
  • Creating engaging newsletters and internal communications to promote digital tools and success stories
  • Conducting data analysis and generating insights on tool usage, adoption and impact
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges and propose digital solutions
  • Supporting the development of training materials and enablement content for end users
  • Gathering and synthesising user feedback to improve tools and user experience
  • Contributing to innovation ideation sessions to solve real business problems
  • Supporting project tracking and reporting for digital initiatives

What will you learn?

  • Practical application of AI and digital tools in a global biopharma organisation
