This is a role for a designer who thrives on variety — one day you could be developing campaign concepts, the next creating digital content, video assets, environmental graphics or customer communications. You'll combine strategic thinking, creativity and design craft to deliver work that strengthens brands, engages customers and makes a real impact across New Zealand.
This is a Fixed Term role based in Tāmaki Makaurau (Auckland) or Te Whanganui-a-Tara (Wellington).
Ngā Mahi Hei Whakatutuki Māu | What You'll Do

• Deliver high-quality creative assets across digital, social, video, display and print channels
• Interpret briefs and develop effective creative concepts from ideation to final delivery
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters and stakeholders to produce engaging, on-brand work
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines, working efficiently and independently
• Present creative work with confidence, clearly articulating your ideas and rationale
• Apply strong design craft including layout, typography and attention to detail
• Continuously build your skills, including emerging tools and technologies such as AI

Ōu Pūkenga me ōu Wheako | What You'll Bring

• 3+ years’ experience in a design role within an agency or in-house team
• Strong portfolio demonstrating effective creative across digital and print channels
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
• Experience designing for digital platforms with an understanding of performance and audience engagement
• Ability to manage multiple briefs and work confidently from concept through to final artwork
• Experience in video editing, motion design, animation or Figma will be highly regarded.
• Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills2
