We're looking for a Head of Campaigns

who sits at the intersection of campaign leadership and product marketing. This is a senior, hands-on role for a marketer who understands how to build campaigns that drive both brand and business outcomes – and who is equally comfortable taking a product launch from positioning to execution as they are running a full-funnel demand generation campaign.

You'll lead the campaigns team and own the end-to-end campaigns function across B2B and B2C. A significant part of your remit will be building campaigns around products being shipped – translating what we're building into compelling narratives and go-to-market plans that drive adoption and engagement across our marketplace.

We're looking for someone who ideates, writes briefs, and executes. Someone who leads from the front and isn't above getting their hands dirty.

As a Guru you will be accountable for:

  • Product-Led Campaign Strategy Partner closely with Product and Lifecycle teams to build campaigns around product launches, feature releases, and platform updates – translating product intent into clear, compelling go-to-market narratives.
  • Develop positioning and messaging frameworks that work across both sides of the marketplace, consumers and agents, ensuring consistency from product brief to final asset.
  • Own the campaign brief for every major product initiative: defining the audience, the message, the channel mix, and the success metrics before a single asset is produced.
  • Drive adoption and engagement for new and existing product features through well-timed, insight-led campaign activity across owned, earned, and paid channels.
  • Full-Funnel Campaign Leadership Own the campaigns calendar across B2B and B2C, ensuring alignment with business objectives and commercial targets at every stage of the funnel.
  • Lead ideation across campaign types – product launches, brand campaigns, demand generation, loyalty and retention – and bring fresh thinking to every brief.
  • Champion a full-funnel mindset: you understand how campaigns should work from first impression through to conversion, retention, and advocacy.
  • Manage campaign delivery end-to-end, maintaining quality, timelines, and budget discipline across multiple workstreams.
  • B2B Campaign Execution Design and run B2B campaigns that generate pipeline, nurture leads, and support the sales team: spanning content marketing, digital, and events.
  • Develop agent-facing campaigns that speak credibly to professionals at every stage of the funnel, from awareness to platform adoption.
  • Work with Sales Excellence to arm the sales team with clear narratives, campaign assets, and battle cards that support commercial conversations.
  • Team & Stakeholder Management Lead, mentor, and develop the campaigns team – fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and executional excellence.
  • Partner with Product, Brand, Content, Digital, Lifecycle, and Sales Excellence to deliver integrated campaigns that are coherent across every touchpoint.
  • Present campaign strategies and performance results clearly to senior leadership.
  • Manage agency and supplier relationships, holding external partners to a high bar on quality and delivery.
  • Performance & Optimisation Define KPIs for every campaign and ensure robust measurement frameworks are in place from the outset.
  • Analyse campaign performance, share learnings across the business, and iterate quickly to improve results.
  • Design and run experiments across channels, making evidence-based decisions without losing sight of the creative elements that make campaigns work.

What We're Looking For

Essential Experience

  • Proven years of experience in marketing, with strong experience across campaign management and product marketing.
  • Proven ability to take a product or feature from positioning and messaging through to go-to-market execution and performance tracking.
  • Solid B2B marketing background, ideally including demand generation, or sales-aligned campaign programmes.
  • A genuine full-funnel thinker who has owned campaign briefs and seen them through to execution.
  • A track record of leading and developing a campaigns or marketing team.
  • Hands-on experience with campaign tools, engagement platforms (e.g. Braze or similar), and performance analytics.

  • Commercially minded. You tie campaign activity to business outcomes and speak the language of adoption, pipeline, and retention.
