About the Team & Office
Join a high-performing team passionate about graphic design and creative storytelling. We bring ideas to life through bold visuals and engaging content in a fun, collaborative environment. Our Melbourne office, located in South Melbourne near public transport and great coffee spots, is currently trialling a 9-day fortnight, with every second Friday off to rest and recharge!

A day in the life?

As a Graphic Designer, you’ll collaborate closely with senior creatives and key stakeholders to bring ideas to life across a wide range of projects. You’ll gain hands-on experience while receiving ongoing support for your professional development.

You’ll be responsible for crafting innovative and visually compelling finished art and design solutions across multiple mediums—including press, print, collateral, style guides, invitations, online, social media, outdoor, and video where required. You’ll execute creative work with a strong understanding of SCA’s brand portfolio, delivering high-quality outcomes in a timely and brand-aligned manner.

What You’ll Need

• 0–2 years’ experience in a creative agency, design studio or similar environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe CC suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Canva and Microsoft Office are a plus.
• A strong understanding of design principles, typography and layout.
• Creativity, innovation and a willingness to learn and grow.
