Job Description

We're looking for a talented mid-weight Graphic Designer to join our dynamic Publishing Audience Growth team in Sydney. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our campaigns, working across a diverse range of projects from brand campaigns to retention communications for our leading mastheads. 

Day to day you will:

  • Produce a wide range of assets for digital and print media, including static and digital outdoor, social, and email.
  • Develop marketing campaign assets for our leading mastheads.
  • Collaborate with various departments to produce high-quality design for product launches and promotions.
  • Balance creativity with brand consistency and commercial outcomes.
  • Work under pressure to meet fast-paced deadlines while managing multiple projects.
  • Maintain strong communication and collaboration with your team and other departments.

Qualifications

What you'll bring:

  • Demonstrated experience in an in-house design studio or agency environment.
  • High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) on a Mac-based network.
  • Experience using Figma for both design and collaboration.
  • A strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design.
  • Experience with social and mobile-first environments.
  • After Effects skills are a plus, with a desire to grow in this area.
