About the Team & Office
Join a high-performing team passionate about podcasting in the Entertainment & Culture space. We create top-quality content in a fun, collaborative environment. Our Sydney office is located in World Square, just down the road from Town Hall Station and is currently trialling a 9-day fortnight— with every second Friday off to rest and recharge!
A day in the life?
As an Executive Producer, you'll bring top shows like It's a Lot with Abbie Chatfield to life, delivering high-quality, engaging podcast content that resonates with our audience. Your day to day will look like;
- Leading the development and execution of podcast content strategies
- Collaborating with Talent and the Head of Entertainment & Culture to plan, execute, and refine show content and ideas.
- Developing and implementing efficient planning systems and processes for each podcast show.
- Coaching, supporting, and elevating podcast talent and producers.
- Managing episode planning, including coordinating guests, conducting pre-interviews, and preparing hosts.
- Ensuring all podcast content meets business requirements before publication.
- Managing the recording and delivery of client scripts and sponsorships
- Working with social content producers to effectively promote episodes across social channels

What You’ll Need
- Demonstrated experience producing compelling and commercial podcasts.
- Experience collaborating with and managing podcast talent to achieve goals of the business.
- An understanding of legal compliance issues relating to audio broadcasts, including the assessment of risk around legal and PR outcomes.
- Demonstrated expertise in narrative construction and creative storytelling.
- Contributes to creating a team environment which fosters innovation and creativity.
- Is able to adapt style/output to optimise results depending on the intended audience.
- Excellent communication skills and influencing skills, capable of adopting a range of styles, tools and techniques appropriate to the audience and nature of the information.
- Strong experience working with advertisers to commercialise podcasts
- Strong understanding of social media trends and techniques
