Job Description
We're looking for a highly organised Executive Assistant to provide crucial administrative and personal support to three executive Radio leaders based in Pyrmont. In this vital role, you'll ensure seamless operations and contribute significantly to our positive corporate image.
Day to day you will:
- Provide confidential administrative support to Directors.
- Manage diaries, appointments, and travel.
- Prepare accurate reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Coordinate special events and meetings.
- Support the sales team and wider executive team.
- Assist HR with administration and reporting.
Qualifications
What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience providing high-level administrative support to senior executives.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships at all levels.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Adaptability and flexibility to navigate evolving work requirements.
- A strong understanding of the sales function of a business.
