Job Description
Are you a seasoned event professional ready to take ownership of exciting, high-profile projects from concept to completion? Do you thrive on blending creative vision with flawless execution in the vibrant world of food and lifestyle? Nine’s Experiential team are seeking an experienced Event Producer to join our dynamic team. This isn't just about managing events; it's about leading them, shaping experiences, and seeing your big ideas come to life.
As an Event Producer, you will be the central figure tying projects together, ensuring quality, cohesion, and innovation. You'll work across client-facing, creative, and strategic elements, collaborating with marketing, content, and operational teams to deliver seamless and unforgettable events. This role offers the opportunity to lead end-to-end event planning and delivery, making a tangible impact on our diverse portfolio of food and lifestyle experiences.
Day to day you will:
- Lead end-to-end event planning, including creative development, logistics, and budget management.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to meet commercial partner objectives and integrate across teams.
- Be client-facing where required, managing some project communications and updates while building trusted relationships.
- Coordinate with marketing, content, and editorial teams to align project goals.
- Identify opportunities to enhance events through creative ideas and strategic partnerships.
- Ownvent budgets from forecasting to reconciliation, ensuring cost control.
- Engage and negotiate with all necessary suppliers, ensuring smooth service delivery for multiple simultaneous events.
- Coordinate post-event reporting.
Qualifications
What you’ll bring:
- Significant experience as an Event Producer, ideally within food, lifestyle, or experience-driven sectors.
- Proven confidence in client management and leading projects independently.
- A strategic and execution-focused mindset, capable of briefing and coordinating creative assets and content.
- Exceptional communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Google Suite is essential; experience with Humanitix, Active Campaign, SAP, Microsoft Excel, Campaign Monitor, WordPress, Jotform, and Canva is desirable.
- Flexibility to travel and a collaborative, calm, and can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment.
