Duration: 3 months
Reporting to: Senior EP Portfolio & Marketing Manager

Role Overview

The China Established Products, EP, team is looking for a strategy-oriented intern to support portfolio strategy, marketing planning, business analysis, and cross-functional project coordination. This internship offers exposure to China pharmaceutical portfolio management, lifecycle value maximization, market access, channel strategy, digital initiatives, and APAC/Global PALM collaboration. The intern will work closely with the EP Portfolio & Marketing team to support strategic initiatives that help established products sustain value, improve accessibility, and identify future growth opportunities in China.

Qualifications

Undergraduate or postgraduate student from a leading university; background in business, economics, finance, pharmacy, medicine, public health, life sciences, or related fields preferred. Strong interest in healthcare, pharmaceutical industry, strategy, marketing, market access, or business analytics. Good analytical thinking and ability to structure information clearly. Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills; experience with data visualization, dashboard tools, or basic analytics is a plus. Fluent in Chinese and English; able to support bilingual business communication. Detail-oriented, proactive, responsible, and comfortable working in a cross-functional environment. Prior internship experience in pharmaceutical companies, consulting, market research, investment, healthcare, or strategy-related roles is a plus.
