Job Description
As Effectiveness and Strategy Lead, you will oversee the team responsible for measuring Nine client campaigns, driving campaign effectiveness, and protecting premium revenue. You will collaborate cross-functionally to deliver standout results that support client retention, business growth, and the overall success of Nine's sales division.
Day to day you will:
- Lead client and internal conversations to maximise sponsorship impact.
- Drive strategic input in client workshops and ‘Sprints’.
- Represent Nine’s measurement capabilities and contribute to SLT initiatives.
- Set up, manage, and analyse client campaign performance with measurement partners.
- Support sales teams with effectiveness requests, presenting results and actionable recommendations.
- Protect premium revenue by highlighting successes and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Grow premium revenue by sharing key results, developing case studies, and creating collateral.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align on goals, funding, and timelines.
- Manage the effectiveness budget and process supplier invoices.
Qualifications
What we would like to see:
- Proven experience in marketing and media, delivering successful campaigns, building client partnerships, and driving commercial growth.
- Strong understanding of campaign measurement, with expertise in applying frameworks to evaluate performance, extract insights, and optimise outcomes
- Proven project management experience, leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects while managing timelines, budgets, resources, and risks.
- Skilled in developing and implementing strategic plans that align with business and client goals, using insights and market intelligence to drive growth and innovation.
- Management experience leading and developing high-performing teams, providing clear direction, mentoring, and fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture
