E-Commerce Coordinator (Content) Bras N Things | Pyrmont

About the Role
Reporting to the E-Commerce Specialist, you’ll support the day to day management of website content across Bras N Things online channels. Working across campaign launches, promotions and business updates, you’ll help ensure our sites are accurate, engaging and optimised to support customer experience and performance.
This role suits someone who enjoys working collaboratively, values attention to detail, and is comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Update and maintain website content, including landing pages, campaigns and seasonal launches
- Coordinate online promotions from setup through to launch
- Manage product content including imagery, copy and uploads
- Build and test EDM creative content
- Collaborate with marketing, buying and external partners to deliver content on time
- Monitor website performance and share insights to support continuous improvement
- Identify and help resolve content or site issues in partnership with relevant teams
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in e-commerce, digital marketing or a related field
- Familiarity with content management systems (Magento experience welcomed but not essential)
- Experience using analytics tools to support data-informed decisions
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Clear, respectful communication skills and confidence working with a range of stakeholders
- A proactive mindset and willingness to learn
