About the role

As the Digital Specialist for Paid Social, you will work closely with the Performance Marketing team to deliver the acquisition strategy. You will be responsible for implementing paid social strategy, campaign ideation, and daily account management, with a strong emphasis on leading our transition to a video-first approach across digital channels. You will also champion the integration of AI tools to enhance creative output, streamline workflows, and drive campaign efficiency.

What will I be doing?

  • Execute the paid digital strategy across various social channels, with a primary focus on Meta Ads
  • Daily management of Meta ad campaigns: creating, optimising, analysing performance, and maintaining account hygiene
  • Effective budget planning and management across accounts and campaigns
  • Collaborate with the in-house Creative Studio and Content Team to deliver channel-first creative that aligns with brand guidelines. As video is the #1 format in social, ensure content is optimised for a video-first digital approach
  • Campaign reporting and analysis to identify growth opportunities
  • Maintain a test and learn framework within our channels and creative asset development to drive continuous improvement and innovation
  • Leverage AI-powered tools to streamline creative workflows and produce high-quality assets efficiently
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns
  • Stay current with industry trends, particularly in AI, creative and video content evolution

What are we looking for?

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in developing, executing, and optimising paid social strategies.
  • Proficiency in managing Meta Ads (campaign building, budgeting, targeting, and optimisation)
  • Proven experience in video strategy and ideation for digital channels
  • Creative and analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from reporting.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and time management skills
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with creative teams for channel-first content
  • Proficiency in emerging digital marketing trends, particularly AI-driven content tools
  • Bonus: Practical skillset in video production or AI-assisted video editing tools
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred
