Due to continued business growth, we're excited to introduce a newly created Digital Specialist role that will play a key part in shaping our digital future and helping more families discover Busy Bees. What you’ll do
- Optimise our digital channels, including website performance, SEO, SEM, paid media and analytics.
- Partner with digital agencies to deliver website enhancements, technical improvements and conversion optimisation initiatives.
- Analyse digital performance to identify opportunities that increase enquiries, improve customer journeys and drive enrolments.
- Manage website updates, digital integrations and ongoing optimisation projects.
- Collaborate with the Content Specialist and wider Marketing team to deliver high-performing digital campaigns.
- Provide ad hoc support to the wider Marketing team, contributing to cross-functional projects and assisting wherever needed.

A genuine commitment to child safety and wellbeing and alignment with Busy Bees values. Experience managing websites, digital platforms and external agencies. Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics 4, Search Console and digital reporting. Experience using data insights to improve digital performance and conversion outcomes. Strong project management, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.
