About the role:

  • Grow digital revenue in a defined client patch — drive and expand digital investment alongside our Commercial Client Partners to achieve/exceed budget.
  • Create client-specific growth plans — build and execute digital revenue growth plans targeting the highest‑potential brands.
  • Be the digital expert embedded in the Commercial team — provide client-level support and expertise to maximise digital revenue opportunities, alongside Commercial Client Partners.
  • Own campaign service & delivery for programmatic/automated trading — ensure service and campaign delivery across your patch.
  • Partner with specialist teams to deliver outcomes — collaborate with internal digital specialist teams (e.g., ad ops/order management/solutions/programmatic/data/product) to deliver end‑to‑end client success.

About you:

  • Digital media sales experience — minimum 3 years in digital media sales preferred.
  • A confident & natural networker, relationship builder, and presenter, with proven experience in consistently providing exceptional service while meeting sales targets.
  • Australian media landscape knowledge — in-depth understanding of Australian media, with strong digital landscape awareness and client marketing expectations.
  • CRM literacy — comfortable using CRM systems; Salesforce is a plus.
  • Ultimate ARN brand ambassador! You are positive and energetic team member, who will take great pride in representing ARN brands in the market, while also contributing to the team’s success and broader ARN outcomes.
