We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Digital Product Marketing Manager.
The PayMe Digital Product Marketing function is focused on supporting the strategic and revenue growth priorities of the Bank with a primary focus on our PayMe product. The function focuses on understanding customers and the identification, development and execution of Marketing strategies, campaigns and activities that support the drive for revenue and increase customer value and satisfaction in order to meet agreed targets and objectives at the market level.

This role forms part of the PayMe Customer Growth team, specifically the Mass Engagement and Brand stream, which is responsible for leading the internal and external Marketing strategy around acquisition, customer engagement, and building the PayMe product in Hong Kong.
The role reports into the Head of Customer Growth and works closely with Product team, external partners, and cross-functional teams across RBW in order to develop a strategic approach to communicate and delivery our key digital activities.

Holders of this role are expected to demonstrate a good understanding of key trends and areas of innovation which influence the way we interact and engage with our external customers, internal stakeholders and audiences. These should include digital marketing, new technology, Marketing Automation, Customer Relationship Management, Agile working practices, and data and analytical tools, and how this helps HSBC and PayMe to be more customer centric.

In this role you will:
Creating and managing mass and targeted marketing activities, including product feature, acquisition, customer engagement campaigns
Managing execution of key commercialization activities that support our revenue growth targets
Driving customer awareness and engagement in key segments, building PayMe’s brand presence in the market
Collaborating with key internal stakeholders within PayMe and across the Bank, and effectively managing agency and supplier relationships to maximise service delivery • Analysing campaign performance and making recommendations to improve activity in line with objectives
Consolidating and reporting on campaign performance

To be successful you will need:
Degree with major in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or related disciplines
5-8yrs Background in Campaign marketing/ecommerce/digital acquisition with good digital marketing experience. Greater China experience ideal.
Creative and resourceful to identify branding and marketing trends
Good understanding of digital technologies, background from performance media agency, apps, payment gateway, banks, finance, fintech etc are welcomed
Strong communication, inter-personal and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in both Chinese and English, with strong communication skill
