Digital Performance Specialist

Job Description:

Key responsibilities:
Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms to maximize performance and ROI. Analyze digital marketing data, including website analytics, campaign metrics, and customer behavior, to extract valuable insights and identify areas for improvement. Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and identify opportunities for strategic campaign optimization. Strategically assess campaign progress and make data-driven optimizations to ensure optimal results. Identify and capitalize on opportunities to increase campaign exposure and reach for new campaigns. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and ensure consistent tracking and reporting of digital performance across channels.

Requirements:
1-2 years within digital performance (search, display and social) responsible for delivering against performance targets. Strong experience and technical understanding of Performance Marketing / e-Commerce. Strong client-facing skills: understanding client needs, maintaining relationships, building partnerships. Strong numerical skills and attention to detail. Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese is a must. Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
