What do you need to have?

• Experience: 0–2 years in digital marketing, ad tech, analytics, or related fields.
• Experience: 1-2 years of hands-on experience in programmatic media buying, ad operations, or a similar trading role. Strong track record of successfully managing and optimizing programmatic campaigns to deliver against performance targets.
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines.
• Language: Proficient in English and Chinese (Mandarin is a must, Cantonese is a plus), both written and spoken.
• Skills & Traits:
• Highly analytical with a strong understanding of programmatic ecosystems, ad tech, and data analysis.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, curious, and self-driven.
• Strong multitasking, prioritization, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
