YOUR NEW ROLE

The Digital Marketing Coordinator plays a hands-on role in bringing digital campaigns to life- supporting the build, testing and publishing of emails, landing pages and activity across paid and organic channels. Working closely with campaigns, email and website teams, the role plays a hands-on part in engaging audiences and strengthening relationships with both new and existing customers.

ARE YOU THE ONE?

Key skills:

  • Relevant qualifications in Marketing, Communications or a related field (or equivalent practical experience), with a demonstrated interest in digital marketing.
  • Exposure to, or willingness to learn key digital platforms including Email Service Providers (ESPs), Content Management Systems (CMS) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) tools.
  • Familiarity with digital analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics) or a strong desire to build data and reporting capability.
  • Basic understanding of user experience (UX) principles for web and email, with a willingness to develop expertise.
  • Strong written communication skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to proofread and edit content accurately.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, combined with a curious, analytical mindset and an interest in digital performance and trends, particularly within organisations like Sydney Opera House.
