Digital Content Manager

Role Overview

The Digital and Content Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and elevating the organisation’s digital presence and content strategy. Reporting to the Head of Communications and Brand, this role is key in building awareness of Morrison’s investment strategy, portfolio, track record with key audiences globally.

The ideal candidate is a strategic digital communicator with a strong understanding of infrastructure and/or funds management, digital channels and content development. This role combines strong editorial judgement with digital performance insight, ensuring content is accurate, consistent, engaging and aligned with organisational priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Strategy

  • Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy that increases visibility of Morrison’s brand and strong track record among key audiences, including investors, partners and industry stakeholders.
  • Responsible for the corporate website, digital platforms, and LinkedIn ensuring timely, accurate, and high‑quality content.
  • Produce compelling digital content—articles, video and case studies—that demonstrates Morrison’s expertise.
  • Drive SEO and AI digital optimisation and monitor performance and sentiment, providing insights and improvement recommendations.

Content

  • Lead integrated content marketing campaigns that showcase investment capability, portfolio performance, sustainability impact, and infrastructure innovation.
  • Develop content calendar and create, edit and commission high‑quality content for use across various channels.
  • Partner with the investment, investor and research teams to develop thought leadership content and market commentary.
  • Manage external agencies and partners to deliver high-quality, on-brand outputs.

Analytics, Insights & Reporting

  • Track KPIs across digital channels and content campaigns.
  • Provide insights to support decision-making, optimise channel performance, and demonstrate ROI.
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends, competitor positioning, and emerging digital technologies.

Skills & Experience

Essential

  • Experience in digital marketing, content development or communications—ideally within financial services, infrastructure, investment management, or professional services.
  • Proven ability to manage digital and social media channels, and digital analytics tools.
  • Experience managing websites and content management systems (CMS) and familiarity with SEO, UX principles and accessibility standards.
  • Ability to interpret analytics and use insights to guide strategy and decisions.
  • Excellent project management, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills.
