Join our SCA Sydney Digital Sales team, where your success is at the heart of everything we do.

What does your day to day look like?

• Deliver exceptional client service by supporting Account Managers in campaign execution, client communication, and administrative coordination.
• Manage end-to-end campaign implementation, including promotions, sponsorships, live reads, and digital elements, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and external clients, acting as a key point of contact and attending meetings as needed.
• Oversee internal processes and critical paths, ensuring all campaign components are booked, tracked, and reported effectively.
• Support team leadership by mentoring Sales Coordinators, assisting with onboarding, and contributing to a high-performing, collaborative sales environment.

What you’ll need:

• 2 – 4 years demonstrated experience in customer service in media sales
• 1 – 2 years radio, online, interactive implementation experience (desirable)
• Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Applications – Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
• Project management skills
• Demonstrated sales drive and success in delivering exceptional client outcomes
• Advanced knowledge of Radio advisor, VT, Panorama, Rateminder, Link (desirable)
