The Opportunity
Fitness & Lifestyle Group (FLG) is seeking a Digital Access Consultant to enhance accessibility and usability across our digital platforms, ensuring an inclusive experience for all users, including members, MSR’s, and key stakeholders. In this operational role, you will manage escalated digital access issues and provide clear, timely guidance on Goodlife Health Clubs’ products and services. You’ll bring a strong understanding of access control best practices and a focus on creating seamless, inclusive digital experiences. This is an exciting opportunity for an accomplished Digital Access Consultant to manage impactful digital initiatives that enhance member and stakeholder experience to drive consistent, high-quality delivery. Based in our Brisbane office, this is a 3-month contract opportunity commencing immediately.
Key duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Act as the first point of contact for resolution by clarifying member and Club digital access problems, determining the cause of the issue, negotiating and explaining the best solution for both parties and actively following up to ensure resolution including;
- Regular interaction with key internal and external stakeholders and parties to build sustainable relationships through open and interactive communication;
- Maintain strong phone contact handling and active listening skills;
- Strong customer service ability to greet customers warmly while maintaining a professional attitude;
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral;
