Customer Marketing Manager

As a Customer Marketing Manager at OCBC, you'll play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive customer engagement and loyalty. You will be responsible for best-in-class marketing campaigns across key financial banking products - Cards, Usage and Unsecured Loans. You'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team of marketers and make a real impact on our customers' lives.
How you succeed
To succeed in this role, you'll need to have a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences. You'll work closely with our data analytics team to gain insights into customer behavior and develop targeted marketing campaigns that drive results. You'll also need to collaborate with our product teams/agency partners to ensure that our marketing efforts are aligned with our business objectives.
What you do
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and loyalty
- Analyze customer data to gain insights into behavior and preferences
- Collaborate with product teams to develop marketing strategies that align with business objectives
- Work with our creative team to develop marketing materials and campaigns
- Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvement
Who you are
- A degree in Marketing or a related field is desirable
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the financial services industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences
