岗位定位

抖音内容中台执行岗,负责内容资产的管理、生产执行与数据追踪落地,支撑内容工厂的日常运转与规模化内容生产。

岗位职责

• 内容资产库管理与组件化模板搭建 负责抖音内容资产库的日常运营:素材分类、标签管理、版本更新、合规审核与入库归档,确保资产的完整性、可复用性与检索效率,支撑规模化内容生产需求。
• 协助搭建与维护内容组件模板库(钩子模板、信任背书素材、场景化脚本、转化话术模板),推动内容生产的标准化与模块化,提升前端团队内容产出效率。
• 协助内容资产管理系统/工具的选型评估、日常维护与功能迭代,保障系统稳定运行与团队高效使用。
• 内容生产流程执行与协同支持 协助维护内容工厂全流程 SOP,跟进内容生产的进度、质量与交付节点,确保内容按时交付并符合组件化标准、品牌规范与平台规则。
• 对接 In-house Content Team、Live Streaming Team 与投放团队,处理内容需求提报、素材调取、组件复用与流程协同,支撑直播引流、短视频种草等多场景内容生产。
• 内容数据追踪与复盘支持 负责抖音电商罗盘等平台数据的日常拉取、报表整理与看板维护,确保数据的准确性与及时性,为内容组件效果追踪、爆款验证提供基础数据支持。
• 执行内容数据追踪流程,记录内容发布后的表现数据,协助分析师完成逐帧拆解、A/B 数据归集等执行层数据工作,支撑内容生产迭代与资产库更新。
• 内容合规与品牌调性管控 建立并维护内容合规 Checklist 与抽检机制,对资产入库前的内容进行合规与品牌调性抽查,规避内容风险,确保规模化生产下的内容合规性。
• 整理内容合规案例与审核标准,更新内容工厂的合规规范,提升团队内容生产的合规意识,维护品牌调性统一。

任职资格

• 学历与专业背景 大专及以上学历,广告、新媒体、编导、运营或相关专业毕业。
• 行业经验 1-3 年抖音内容运营/资产管理/电商运营经验,熟悉抖音平台内容规则与生产流程,有内容中台/内容工厂相关经验者优先。
• 核心能力 资产管理能力:具备较强的分类整理、信息归档与系统操作能力,能高效维护内容资产库,支撑规模化内容生产需求。
• 流程执行能力:熟悉内容生产全流程,能严格按照 SOP 执行任务,确保内容交付的稳定性、规范性与及时性。
• 数据敏感度:能理解基础数据指标,熟悉抖音电商罗盘等平台数据后台操作,协助完成数据追踪与报表整理工作,对数据变化有一定的敏感度,能配合数据复盘工作。
• 沟通协同能力:能与跨部门团队顺畅沟通,准确理解业务需求并提供支持,保障内容生产流程的高效运转。
• 综合素质 工作细致认真,责任心强,具备良好的抗压能力与团队协作精神;学习能力强,能快速掌握新工具与新流程;具备品牌意识与合规意识,对内容质量有基本的把控能力。
