Job Description
Join Drive as a Content Operations Assistant and play a pivotal role in bringing our automotive content to life by expertly managing car bookings with OEM partners and ensuring smooth logistical workflows. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage car bookings and the Monday.com calendar, ensuring accuracy.
- Liaise with OEM PR teams on vehicle logistics with clear communication.
- Oversee vehicle maintenance and report issues promptly.
- Support with projects such as Drive's Car of the Year and provide admin assistance.
- Improve operational workflows for team efficiency.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and assist with OH&S procedures.
