About the role:
We’re looking for an experienced Content Manager to join The Rush Hour with JB & Billy team based in Melbourne.
The purpose of the Content Manager -Rush Hour is to lead, develop and coach the on-air broadcast team and the behind the scenes production team. The CM’s purpose is to ensure show content aligns with the content strategy, ensure all on-air and online content meets relevant risk assessment guidelines and on-air codes before going live, work closely with Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, Hobart and regional team leaders – including Content Directors, Direct Sales Managers, Local Sales directors, Brand Experience and local engineering teams.
The Content Manager will lead the team through the show’s daily needs, develop the show’s long-term content strategy and ensure the show executes on the Triple M Network’s national strategy – including content, music, sport, digital, personnel development and commercial strategies.

Experience we’re looking for:
- Content specialist with multi-platform and multi-network experience and knowledge including Radio, Digital, Internet, and Streaming
- Extensive talent management experience
- Studio and OB technical proficiency
- Ability to work effectively with all stakeholders
- Strong internal and external relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt leadership and strategic thinking to meet show needs at any time
- Results driven with respect to both Content & Commercial goals
- Self-motivated and with excellent team working skills
- An understanding of legal compliance issues with regards to contests including the assessment of risk around legal and PR outcomes
- Previous EP or Content Manager experience
- Preferred, but not required, previous experience on network or national show
