Location:

On-site from HQ (Airport West, Accra – Ghana).

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop, edit, and optimize content across various platforms, including blogs, social media, email campaigns, website copy, press releases, and marketing collateral.
  • Craft compelling narratives that highlight Complete Farmer's mission, achievements, and unique value proposition.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement best practices to ensure content ranks well in search engines and drives organic traffic.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content goals with broader organizational objectives and marketing strategies.
  • Analyse content performance metrics and audience engagement to refine strategies and maximize impact.
  • Partner with graphic designers, videographers, and other creatives to produce visually engaging multimedia content.
  • Maintain a consistent voice and tone across all content, adhering to Complete Farmer's brand guidelines.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and audience preferences to create timely and relevant content.

What You will Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in content development, copywriting, or digital marketing, preferably within the agribusiness or technology sectors.

Who You Are:

  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., WordPress), email marketing tools, and social media platforms.
  • Understanding of graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and Google Analytics.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively to various audiences.
