Role Summary

The Learning Content Developer is responsible for converting instructional design inputs into high-quality, scalable, and accessible learning content. The role focuses on execution excellence, graphic design quality, and technical readiness across enterprise learning platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop eLearning, multimedia, and video assets using Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise)
• Convert design packages into deployment-ready learning content
• Apply enterprise templates, accessibility standards, and metadata
• Perform quality checks and resolve SCORM, LMS, and PowerPoint issues
• Manage content updates, uploads, and maintenance across LMS, SharePoint, and portals
• Support localization and translation workflows
• Maintain content libraries and reusable templates

Mandatory Requirements

• Full-time graduate from an accredited university
• 3–6 years of experience in eLearning/multimedia development
• Strong expertise in Articulate Storyline & Rise
• Corporate graphic design experience (presentations, infographics, layouts)
• Experience with LMS testing, SCORM troubleshooting
• Strong English communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
