Role Summary
The Learning Content Developer is responsible for converting instructional design inputs into high-quality, scalable, and accessible learning content. The role focuses on execution excellence, graphic design quality, and technical readiness across enterprise learning platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop eLearning, multimedia, and video assets using Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise)
- Convert design packages into deployment-ready learning content
- Apply enterprise templates, accessibility standards, and metadata
- Perform quality checks and resolve SCORM, LMS, and PowerPoint issues
- Manage content updates, uploads, and maintenance across LMS, SharePoint, and portals
- Support localization and translation workflows
- Maintain content libraries and reusable templates
Mandatory Requirements
- Full-time graduate from an accredited university
- 3–6 years of experience in eLearning/multimedia development
- Strong expertise in Articulate Storyline & Rise
- Corporate graphic design experience (presentations, infographics, layouts)
- Experience with LMS testing, SCORM troubleshooting
- Strong English communication and stakeholder collaboration skills

- Experience in a global corporate environment
