Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent - Hybrid (Minimum 1 day in the office per week)

At I-MED Radiology Network, we believe every image tells a story — and how we share that story matters. As Australia and New Zealand’s leading diagnostic imaging network, we’re shaping the future of healthcare communications, and we’re looking for a creative and strategic Communications Manager to help us bring our message to life.

About the role

In this national role, you’ll drive I-MED’s integrated marketing and communications strategy — building connection, trust and brand strength across our referrer and patient base.

You’ll develop and build high-impact content across campaigns, digital channels and clinical communications — leveraging insights, analytics and AI tools to deliver smarter, faster and more effective engagement.

This is a role for someone who’s passionate about using technology to enhance creativity, and who sees AI as an enabler of better, more personalised communication.

Your responsibilities

As Communications Manager, you will:

  • Develop national campaign communications – deliver multi-channel messaging for key health initiatives and service-line campaigns.
  • Champion digital content – build and maintain website content to optimise SEO performance.
  • Creative flair – with a style guide as back-up, and the support of an in-house graphic designer, refine and build content across websites, social media, emails, videos, and patient materials supported by generative AI tools.
  • Drive performance – use analytics and insights to track, report and refine communication impact. Regularly use A/B tests to test and learn.
  • Collaborate and influence – partner with stakeholders, agencies and service-line leaders to deliver aligned, high-quality outputs.
  • Protect the brand – ensure consistent messaging that aligns with the brand identify and reputation across all communication channels.

About you

To succeed, you’ll bring:

  • 5+ years’ experience in communications, marketing or digital content roles - within healthcare.
  • Advanced copywriting skills across and digital platforms and print.
  • Experience managing websites and CMS platforms (essential).
  • Experience in optimising SEO.
  • Confidence using AI tools for research, content ideation, optimisation and workflow efficiency.
  • Strong analytical ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Project management skills and confidence managing agencies and internal stakeholders.
  • A proactive, energic mindset — ready to put your own touches to bring content to life.
