Commercial Project Coordinator

The Job:

Interested in the world of outdoor advertising? We have a great opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join our team in Richmond. This role is on a full-time basis and assists the Digital Solutions Team with the delivering on project plans for our digital signage. Other key responsibilities include:

• Assisting with invoices being processed on time for relevant projects.
• Maintaining up-to-date records of installation sites and asset management database
• Working with contractors, partners and third parties for accurate delivery of projects
• Coordination of additional services such as scissor lift hire, scaffolding, or security
• Assisting with the ongoing development of hardware and software solutions

• Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders

• Experience with project management, scheduling or coordination
• Experience multi-tasking and prioritizing workload
• Experience in customer service and or support roles
• Previous experience using Office Suite and Outlook
