About the role
The Commercial Product Manager is responsible for developing and managing innovative commercial products that drive revenue growth and equip sales with the tools to achieve commercial success. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, this role is pivotal in defining, delivering, and optimising products that meet client needs and market opportunities.
The remit spans Social, Video, Vodcast, Pre-Roll, Content Creators, Events, and Activations. You’ll balance efficiency, revenue growth, and future-focused innovation—ensuring our product suite stays competitive and compelling in a fast-changing market.
Duties
- Ensure product development and delivery align with business goals, market trends, client/agency feedback, and revenue growth targets.
- Act as the central liaison between technology, content, trade marketing, sales, and other teams to ensure seamless development, launch, and execution.
- Drive alignment of product objectives with broader business strategy by regularly engaging senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Lead the end-to-end development of Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies and materials, including GTM decks, trade collateral, and a clear, strategic calendar of initiatives.
- Track and report on product performance metrics, including revenue against budget and year-on-year benchmarks.
Skills and experience
- Proven experience in commercial media product management.
- Expertise in media sales enablement, GTM strategy, and development.
- Demonstrated success in strategic thinking, product execution, and innovation.
- Strong understanding of emerging commercial product trends.
- Cross-platform experience with a particular strength in digital media.
