Co-ordinator (Entry-level)
The Media Federation of Australia (MFA), established in 1997, is the peak body representing media communication agencies to government, industry, media owners and the general public. The MFA membership represents over 90% of all media agency-placed media billings in Australia.
The MFA exists to champion a dynamic and valued media agency industry. We are driven by our vision to make the media agency industry better at what we do, through attracting and retaining the best people; developing efficient and effective ways of working; and demonstrating the value our industry plays in growing clients’ businesses.
The Role
The MFA’s goal is to provide all people working in agencies, the wider industry and those looking to join our industry with the right skills and industry knowledge to have successful and fulfilling careers.
This is a part-time (4 days per week) entry-level role, supporting the day-to-day operations of the MFA team with a core focus on the MFA’s e-Learning programs and NGEN programs, championing three main areas:
- Program, Workshop and Logistics Coordination
- Customer Service and Communication
- Reporting and Continuous Improvement
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Program, Workshop, and Logistics Coordination
- Create engaging, seamless experiences for participants in e-learning, workshops, and exams
- Support the design and execution of impactful learning and development programs, including workshops and webinars
- Support with the logistical arrangement for both in-person and virtual events, managing venue bookings, catering, and set up
- Facilitate smooth and organised operations by proactively handling venue logistics, equipment, and participant needs
- Customer Service and Communication
- Respond to inquiries and manage inbox queries with a customer-focused approach
- Draft clear and friendly communication emails, and notifications related to e-learning and events
- Reporting and Continuous Improvement
- Collate attendance, exam results, manage database and generate reports with insights for program improvement
- Analyse data to recommend actionable improvements, efficiency and automation
