Hatchlings get 5 paid wellbeing days per year and 2 days paid for volunteering. We offer flexibility, so you can work from anywhere, but we love to see you in the office for 3 days each week and every Tuesday for our all staff catch up.
Every Thursday before payday, lunch is on us! We all take a break to have lunch together in the office, then follow lunch Good Thursday, Great Talks, where a few Hatchlings take to the microphone with a mini-talk on any topic they like. We’ve had talks on everything from how to make a hot-pot to brat culture Kamala Harris.

Your Key Responsibilities as a Client Solutions Director at Hatched.
Crafting Great Strategy & Planning
- Own the briefing process—ensuring clarity from clients and translating briefs into meaningful work for media partners.
- Work closely with strategy and specialist teams to develop innovative, insight-led media solutions.
- Confidently plan across all media channels, ensuring campaigns align with broader business goals.
- Drive the use of Hatched’s proprietary tools and industry data to inform smarter planning.
- Maintain a high standard of implementation planning and media effectiveness.
Building Strong Client Relationships
- Be the go-to for senior marketing managers and directors, offering strategic guidance.
- Oversee all planning and activation, ensuring alignment with the overall media strategy.
- Lead client negotiations, working hand-in-hand with the Hatched trading team.
- Ensure quality and accuracy across all deliverables—from media plans to performance reports.
- Act as the key escalation point for client relationships, problem-solving with confidence.
Leading & Developing Your Team
- Lead a cross-functional media team, fostering collaboration and high performance.
- Manage workflow, troubleshooting challenges, and ensuring smooth project delivery.
- Provide mentorship, training, and career development opportunities for your team.
- Create a culture of recognition, feedback, and continuous learning.
- Strengthen relationships with media partners and ensure your team values these connections.
Driving Commercial Success
- Ensure client KPIs are met while aligning with Hatched’s commercial goals.
- Oversee budgets, fees, and invoicing accuracy.
- Keep a pulse on revenue opportunities that benefit both clients and Hatched.
- Maintain accurate financial forecasting and reporting.
