The Job:

We are looking for a Client Solutions Coordinator to join our Brandfit team in Sydney. This role works together with stakeholders (exhibitors, outdoor partners, distributors, clients, agencies, and suppliers) to ensure all campaigns are implemented and delivered in a timely manner.

Whilst no two days are the same, your day to day will include:

  • Ensuring all parties know their responsibilities and roles in the process of campaign delivery, thus ensuring campaign runs as agreed.
  • Creation and management of spec sheets and integrated campaign implementation schedules.
  • Work with the sales team to provide regular campaign updates to clients about all elements of their integrated campaigns. Upon campaign completion, work with exhibitors/partners to compile all relevant data and build post-campaign report for sales.
  • Work closely with external suppliers for quotes and concepts required for activations and sampling activities proposed to clients.
  • Creation and management of activation budgets to ensure all campaigns deliver under budget.

 

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an individual with a passion for media, high attentional to detail and deadline orientated. A degree in media or similar will be beneficial. You will need to be creative, innovative and passionate about coming up with solutions.

We are also looking for:

  • A strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Previous experience using Office Suite and Outlook
  • Experience working with campaign management beneficial
