Job Description

The Client Experience Executive is responsible for the tracking and delivery of client projects, ensuring our customers have the best possible experience with Nine.

The work you will do will contribute meaningfully to our ambition to become the partner of choice for Australian brands and deliver world class media and marketing solutions to them through our content and distribution platforms.

You will work collaboratively across different divisions within our business from content partnerships, through to creative and production to consistently deliver project outcomes that meet and exceed client expectations. Through a thorough understanding of our customers’ needs and goals they will ensure quality in execution. You will also be looking for ways to optimise a client’s experience to deliver valued and memorable customer interactions which deliver commercial outcomes.

Day to day you will:

  • Work as an expert project manager to ensure you deliver a market leading experience to our clients. You must be highly organised and capable of managing multiple teams and projects at different stages
  • Gain a solid understanding of our client project objectives so each individual project is executed efficiently with great attention to detail. Be a problem-solver who can act quickly and effectively.
  • Effectively manage conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables
  • Deliver collateral to demonstrate the effects of partnerships throughout active periods of campaigns as well as looking for opportunities to surprise and delight partners

Qualifications

You will be a solid team player, who shows commitment to the team's purpose and effectively contributes and shares skills/knowledge with others. You’ll have an ability to absorb information and act accordingly.

What we would like to see:

  • Previous project management / implementation experience
  • Understanding of the media/advertising landscape and creative process
  • Some exposure to either brand and content integration, multiscreen solutions across television, digital, social, licensing and/or events
  • Highly organised multi tasker with exceptional attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
  • Ability to solve problems and think proactively
  • Passionate about content in either written, visual or audio
